Our Mission: We are a multidisciplinary student organization that supports local, regional, national, and global water resources through water education, service, management, and research.
Our Impact:
We are just like you! We are engineers, hydrologists, economists, planners, foresters, biologists, managers, regulators, geologists, chemists, policy makers, etc. You name it, we have it! We are a group dedicated to the responsibility and sustainability of managing our planet's most valuable resource: water!
Events We participate in a variety of events to support our mission of service, education, and research such as: collaborations with our community, outreach programs, stream cleanups, science festival presentations, and research projects.
Social We plan a variety of social events in addition to our mission related events! Group unity and cohesion is important to us. We organize social events 2-4 times per month for those who are interested! These include hiking, kayaking, white water rafting, dinners, game nights, cookouts, seasonal related activities, and much more!
Club Requirements AWRA has no requirements! We encourage students from all backgrounds and majors to join us in our passion for the awareness, sustainability, and service associated with water. Sign up for our weekly emails to join in on the fun and meet new people!
